Privacy Policy

Mennt should feel simple, but privacy still deserves a clear explanation. This page describes what we collect, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and the choices people have.

Last updated: June 19, 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Schenk Technology ApS ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and processes personal data when you use Mennt, including the Mennt website, platform, website editor, hosted websites, contact forms, and related services.

Schenk Technology ApS is registered in Denmark with CVR number 45091015. Our address is 38 Sveasvej, Rønne 3700, Denmark. Privacy questions can be sent to noah@mennt.app.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information, such as name, email address, sign-in provider, organization membership, session details, and subscription status.
  • Website project information, such as business name, industry, goals, audience, brand style, contact details, social links, pricing, services, testimonials, FAQs, images, uploaded files, imported website content, generated code, project settings, custom domains, and published site files.
  • Messages and AI work history, including prompts, answers, attachments, tool activity, generated changes, restore history, debug details, and runtime logs needed to make the website editor reliable.
  • Usage and billing information, such as subscription plan, billing email, credit balance, model usage events, token counts, costs, run status, and payment portal activity handled through our billing provider.
  • Website visitor form submissions, such as form fields, optional name and email, source URL, browser user-agent, hashed IP address for rate limiting, read status, and email notification status.
  • Technical information, such as IP address, browser and device details, authentication cookies, request logs, sandbox identifiers, deployment metadata, domain verification records, and security or error logs.
  • Support and communications, such as messages you send us, email addresses used for notifications, and information needed to respond to requests.

3. How we collect information

We collect information directly when you create an account, answer onboarding questions, chat with Mennt, upload files, connect a domain, configure email alerts, subscribe, publish a site, or contact support.

We collect some information automatically when you use Mennt, when our systems run AI edits and checks, when a published site serves pages, and when a visitor submits a Mennt-powered contact form. We may also collect information from third-party services you choose to use, such as Google sign-in, GitHub repository syncing, billing, hosting, website import, and AI providers.

4. How we use information

  • Provide, secure, and maintain Mennt, including accounts, organizations, projects, preview environments, published websites, custom domains, contact forms, and support.
  • Generate and update websites using AI, including reading your prompts, project brief, uploaded assets, existing site content, and saved project facts.
  • Store chat history and project state so work can resume after refreshes, disconnects, errors, or session restarts.
  • Process subscriptions, apply usage credits, prevent overuse, and provide billing portals.
  • Send service messages, support replies, security notices, billing notices, and optional contact-form email alerts.
  • Detect abuse, rate-limit public forms, debug incidents, improve reliability, and understand how the product is used.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect Mennt, our customers, and website visitors.

6. AI processing

Mennt sends the information needed for a request to AI model providers so they can generate website content, code, edits, previews, and answers. This can include your chat messages, project brief, uploaded files, imported website content, and relevant project state.

Do not submit sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for your website. Mennt is designed for simple business websites, not for health, financial, child-directed, biometric, or other high-risk data.

7. Sub-processors and third parties

We do not sell personal data. We share information only as needed to operate Mennt, with your direction, or when legally required. The providers below help us deliver the service.

8. Published websites and form visitors

When a visitor submits a contact form on a website powered by Mennt, Mennt stores the submission and makes it available to the website owner. The website owner decides what fields the form asks for and is responsible for telling visitors how their business uses those submissions.

For those visitor submissions, Mennt generally acts as a service provider or processor for the website owner. Mennt may still process limited technical data, such as hashed IP addresses and user-agent strings, for security, rate limiting, abuse prevention, delivery, and legal compliance.

9. International transfers

Mennt and its service providers may process data in countries other than where you live. Some providers operate globally, so international transfers may occur as part of providing Mennt.

10. Data retention

  • Account, organization, project, chat, generated website, usage, billing, and deployment records are kept while the account or project is active.
  • Deleted projects are intended to be recoverable for seven days, then permanently deleted, unless longer retention is needed for backups, security, billing, disputes, or legal obligations.
  • Public form submissions are kept until the customer deletes them, deletes the project, or asks us to remove them, subject to legal and security needs.
  • Operational logs, usage telemetry, rate-limit records, and debug information are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security, billing, reliability, support, and compliance.
  • Backups and provider logs may persist for a limited period after deletion before they are overwritten or removed.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain uses of your personal data. You may also have the right to withdraw consent and to complain to a data protection authority.

To make a request, contact noah@mennt.app. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If your request relates to a form you submitted on a Mennt customer website, we may direct the request to that website owner or help them respond.

12. Cookies and similar technologies

Mennt uses cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, sessions, security, preferences, and core product functionality. If Mennt adds analytics, marketing, or other non-essential cookies, those should be disclosed and, where required, controlled through consent settings before use.

13. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including authenticated access, provider-managed storage controls, signed URLs for uploaded files, sandbox isolation, rate limiting, and operational monitoring. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to keep Mennt reliable and protected.

14. Children

Mennt is for business use and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, and we do not knowingly offer Mennt directly to children where a higher local age threshold applies.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Mennt changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify account holders, such as by email or in-product notice. The updated version will show the latest date at the top.

16. Contact

Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to noah@mennt.app.
