Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Mennt, publishing websites, working with AI output, paying for plans, and handling the content you bring into the product.

Last updated: June 19, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between Schenk Technology ApS ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Denmark with CVR number 45091015, and you or the entity you represent ("Customer," "you," or "your").

These terms govern access to Mennt, an AI website builder that helps small businesses create, edit, preview, publish, and maintain simple business websites. By creating an account, starting a subscription, using Mennt, or publishing a website through Mennt, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Mennt provides a natural-language website editor, onboarding tools, AI-generated content and code, previews, publishing, hosting support, custom domain support, contact-form handling, usage credits, and related support. Mennt is intended for simple business websites and landing pages.

Mennt is not intended for complex software products, regulated data platforms, emergency services, medical diagnosis, financial advice, legal advice, or other high-risk uses.

3. Accounts and teams

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in methods secure.
  • If you create or join an organization, the organization owner may control projects, billing, settings, published sites, and access for that organization.
  • You must be legally able to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the business information, prompts, files, images, logos, text, imported website references, form submissions, and other content you provide to Mennt. You give Mennt permission to host, copy, process, modify, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to upload, import, edit, publish, and use all content you provide, including images, fonts, logos, reviews, testimonials, third-party website content, and customer or visitor data.

5. AI-generated output

Mennt uses AI to generate text, code, layouts, image references, suggestions, and website changes. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to other output, or unsuitable for your business. You are responsible for reviewing and approving your website before publishing.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Mennt assigns to you any rights it has in the final website output created specifically for your project, excluding Mennt software, templates, tools, systems, know-how, third-party services, open-source software, and pre-existing materials.

6. Published websites

  • You are responsible for the content, claims, offers, prices, legal notices, privacy notices, cookie notices, accessibility, and regulatory compliance of your published website.
  • You must not publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, hateful, abusive, deceptive, or malicious content.
  • If your site collects form submissions, you are responsible for telling visitors how your business uses their information and for responding to privacy requests relating to that visitor data.
  • Mennt may remove, disable, or restrict a site if we believe it violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, or harms the service.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Mennt to break the law, infringe rights, spam, phish, scrape unlawfully, distribute malware, bypass security, or interfere with Mennt or third-party systems.
  • Do not submit highly sensitive personal data unless Mennt has agreed in writing that the service is appropriate for that use.
  • Do not use Mennt to build or publish websites for illegal goods, scams, impersonation, deceptive financial offers, adult sexual exploitation, hate, harassment, or violence.
  • Do not reverse engineer, resell, overload, benchmark for competitive purposes, or automate access to Mennt except as allowed in writing.

8. Third-party services

Mennt relies on third-party providers for sign-in, billing, AI models, hosting, domains, sandboxes, website import, email notifications, repository syncing, storage, observability, and infrastructure. Your use of Mennt may depend on those providers continuing to operate and may be subject to their terms.

If you connect a domain, GitHub repository, imported website, payment account, or other third-party service, you authorize Mennt to access and use it as needed to provide the requested feature.

9. Subscriptions, credits, and payment

  • Paid plans are billed through Mennt's billing provider. Prices, plan limits, included credits, taxes, renewal dates, and cancellation options are shown at checkout or in the billing portal.
  • Credits are used when Mennt performs AI work. Some onboarding or support features may not count toward paid credits. Failed, aborted, or unpriced runs may be handled as described in the product.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime, but fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.
  • Mennt may change plans, prices, and credit rules with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect the current paid billing period unless required by law or accepted by you.

10. Availability and changes

Mennt is an early work-in-progress product. We aim to keep it reliable, but the service may change, fail, pause, or be unavailable. We may add, remove, limit, or modify features as the product develops.

We may suspend or limit access to protect security, prevent abuse, perform maintenance, comply with law, or address non-payment or violations of these terms.

11. Privacy and data protection

Mennt's Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected. If you use Mennt to process personal data on behalf of your business, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide that data to Mennt and for giving required notices to individuals.

If GDPR, UK GDPR, or another data protection law requires a Data Processing Agreement, customers may request a copy by contacting noah@mennt.app.

12. Mennt property

Mennt and its software, design systems, templates, prompts, agents, workflows, infrastructure, documentation, trademarks, logos, and know-how belong to Mennt or its licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of Mennt itself.

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, or use Mennt's brand or internal systems except as allowed by these terms or with written permission.

13. Feedback

If you send ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback, Mennt may use them without restriction or compensation. We appreciate feedback because it helps make the product calmer, clearer, and more useful.

14. Disclaimers

Mennt is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mennt disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

Mennt does not guarantee that AI output, generated code, imported content, accessibility, SEO, legal notices, business claims, or published websites will be accurate, lawful, complete, unique, secure, or suitable for your business.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mennt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mennt's total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to Mennt for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Mennt from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your published websites, your use of Mennt, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights or applicable law.

17. Termination

You may stop using Mennt or cancel your subscription at any time. Mennt may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay, or use Mennt in a way that may harm others.

After termination, Mennt may delete or retain account, project, billing, usage, legal, and security records as described in the Privacy Policy and as required for legitimate business or legal reasons.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require another venue.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Mennt changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify account holders. Continued use of Mennt after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
